30-day Refund Policy

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in WHATOOK warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Returns must include all accessories：

Items must include original packaging
Products must be undamaged.
Products must be not used.

PLEASE NOTE

We offer free returns for the following situation：
1）No updates for more than 15 days.
2）The product has major defects or quality problems.

For other return claims, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.
